Rebecca & Brady moved to Charlotte in the middle of COVID. Perfect time to plan a wedding right?! Lucky for them, a mutual friend, connected us and let me tell you . . . this couple is the real deal. I love when friends refer friends to me because I know exactly who my clients will be. Rebecca and Brady did not fall short of my expectations. They are goofy, loving, grounded, gym rats and dog obsessed. So naturally we became besties! So now it was time have a Charlotte tiny wedding in the best way possible.

This duo planned their intimate wedding, at one of Charlotte’s hidden gems, with just the officiant, two friends, and of course the photographer (mwahhh) present – along with 30 friends and family tuning in on zoom. The florals were arranged with Trader Joes flowers and the flower girl was their sweet dog, Barley. As 5pm came and went, Rebecca & Brady exchanged vows, rings, and a kiss and they officially became husband and wife. After they finished their first walk as husband and wife, an unexpected torrential downpour caught us by surprise. We hid Rebecca in the car as the rest of us scurried to clean up and head to the newlyweds home.

Once we all unpacked the decorations and dried off, we popped champagne, laid out the charcuterie board, and began playing games over zoom. With whiteboards in hand, Rebecca and Brady got to see if they truly knew each other. I can certainly say, I know this couple more than I thought I would! LOL. They ended their night by continuing the celebration at Heist Brewery. It was perfect in the most imperfect way. As R & B would call it, “things got weird!”
