As life transitions and seasons change, it is hard to be in the moment. Having a camera in my hands makes the moments stand still and continues to remind me to refocus my attention on the here and now. That is my goal for you - be present on your wedding day. Let me take care of what looks good and documenting all the important moments - the real ones, the posed ones, the emotional ones.

Steps to Your Timeless Day

Get on my calendar and let’s talk about EVERYTHING. I want to know your story, what you want out of your photographer. From there, we will finalize your wedding package.

I will stay in touch prior to your day. I create your photo timeline for your day 60 days in advance. Your only job on your wedding day is to refocus your heart and mind on the here and now.
album design
Once your gallery is delivered, we will design your keepsake album for you to treasure for a lifetime. This will be delivered right to your doorstep!
All I require to confirm you on my calendar is a signed contract and a 25% retainer fee.
This is when the fun really begins! We will play music, share stories, and you will get a little taste of what your wedding day will look like.

We instantly knew Stephanie was the right fit for us and our vision. She stuck with us through postponing our wedding, making the adjustment as smooth as possible without giving us any additional stress. She was always available via email or text message and it was evident the amount of work she put into these sessions prior to the actual day. She listened to my "must-haves", created a timeline that we both agreed upon AND had me create a Pinterest "wedding photo inspo board" that she reviewed the morning of to make sure she was able to capture everything I wanted.

FAQs
How many photos will be delivered?
Since each wedding event and portrait session is unique, I do not promise my clients a certain number of delivered photos. I do not want to put you or myself in a box. There are just TOO many good ones to narrow a gallery down to a specific number.
How soon do I get my photos back?
I make it my priority to get your photos back as soon as possible. You will receive your photos no later than 4 - 8 weeks after your wedding event and 2 – 4 for a portrait session. You may pay an additional $400 to have your wedding gallery delivered to you within 2 weeks subsequent to the event date.
How do you deliver your photos?
A beautiful, personal link which gives you full access to an online downloadable gallery. If you would like your full gallery on a USB drive, it would be an additional $100. I also offer handcrafted photo albums that stand the test of time.
Do I have the rights to print my photos?
Absolutely! You will sign a print release in my contract. All of my packages include a personalized gallery for you to freely download and share however you’d like.
Can we meet with you before booking?
YES! I highly encourage meeting before we officially book our event or session. Nothing beats face to face interaction and I am dying to hear your story! Let’s relax at a coffee shop or grab a drink at a brewery. Email me and let's hangout!
Do you need anything from me on the wedding day?
I ask for a bag or box of all the details you want photographed (jewelry, dress, shoes, invitations etc.) Also, I ask for a complete list of the family photos you want. That way family portraits runs smooth and we can make sure we do not forget anyone.
